Are the items unique?
No two items are exactly the same. If another is wanted it will be very close but since they are done one at a time and its not an exact science they all will be different. Because these items are handwoven please note the sizes when ordering because they do vary.
How do I place a custom order?
If you would like to custom order a scarf, shawl, throw or baby blanket please contact us at onegreythread@gmail.com to discuss colors. All customs orders require a $150 deposit to begin. Pictures will be sent and then order will process before shipment. We try to post pictures as true to the colors as possible. Sometimes the exact color may differ slightly from what you see on the picture.
What are your gift options?
If your order is a gift being sent straight to the recipient, we would be happy to include a personal note for you. Just put the note you wish to send in the "Notes To Seller" section when you checkout.
Are any items final sale?
If an item has a fringe and you would like it trimmed it will be considered final sale - although you may exchange it for another item but money is not refundable.
Can I ship an item?
Items are shipped USPS. They can be Fedex'd for the going rate.
