Items in stock are shipped via the United States Postal Service within 10 business days after the order is received. Each item is custom made and monogrammed. Standard shipping on scarves and blankets is Priority Mail service and includes tracking information.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If within 14 days of your purchase you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), contact us at onegreythread@gmail.com for a return label and full refund excluding original shipping costs.

If an item has a fringe and you would like it trimmed it will be considered final sale - although you may exchange it for another item but payment is not refundable.

Items can only be returned in unused perfect condition.

All merchandise is quality checked and photographed fully before it leaves the studio
